Information We Collect

The NAASCon Conference and National Boards collect certain information during the registration process to complete registration pass(es) for the National Conference. This information include personal information such as full name, address, phone, and email. We also collect certian health information such as dietary restrictions in order to be properly aware of the medical needs of certain indviduals during the National Conference. Furthermore, financial information is NOT collected by the NAASCon Conference and National Boards. NAASCon Conference and National Boards do not have access to such information when processing your payment for the registration to participate in the National Conference.

Our payment processor, PayPal, utilizes secure means to encrypt financial information between you and their server. PayPal does NOT release financial information to the NAASCon Conference and National Board. The only information released to the NAASCon Conference and National Boards are the individual's name and other relevant information such as address and email to properly identify and connect the individual whom paid to the registration information received during the registration process.

Information Handling

The NAASCon Conference and National Boards utilize the information you release to process registration pass(es) for the National Conference. Your information is NOT shared nor released to anyone outside the NAASCon Conference and National Board. Even then, such information is only given to certain members of the NAASCon Conference and National Boards to properly process registration for the individual.

However, your full name and any other relevant information that is needed to identify you may be released to Conference/ Hotel and Emergency personnel in manifest form to properly account individuals in the event of an emergency. This is ONLY for EMERGENCY PURPOSES.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Modification of Policy

The NAASCon Conference and National Boards may modify this policy at their sole discretion.
